Dietary supplements

Products sold on this site are dietary supplements. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Statements on this site have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. Information on this site is provided for general educational purposes and is not medical advice, and does not create a pharmacist–patient or physician–patient relationship. Consult a qualified healthcare professional before use if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication, or have a medical condition. Do not start, stop, or change any prescribed medication based on this website.

Products, pricing, and availability

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product, and to change prices, without notice. We make every effort to display product images and label information accurately; the label on the product you receive governs.

Subscriptions

When you select a subscription, you authorize us to charge your payment method at the stated price and interval until you skip, pause, or cancel. You can manage your subscription from your account page at any time. Changes made before your next scheduled billing date apply to that shipment.

Orders and payment

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including orders that appear to be placed by resellers or that exceed reasonable personal quantities. Payment is processed securely by Shopify Payments or the payment provider you select at checkout.

Shipping, returns, and final sale

Because dietary supplements cannot be restocked or resold once they leave our control, all sales are final; damaged or defective items are replaced as described in our Refund Policy. See also our Shipping Policy.

Intellectual property

All content on this site, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Functional Formulas LLC or its licensors and may not be reproduced without written permission.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Functional Formulas LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this site or of any product purchased through it. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington and the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
