Shipping Policy

Where we ship. We currently ship within the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories where carrier service is available. We do not ship internationally at this time.

Shipping cost. We hate paying for shipping too so standard shipping is free on every order. Shipping options, any expedited services, and their costs are shown at checkout.

Processing time. Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

Delivery time. Standard shipping typically arrives 3 to 7 business days after shipment. You will receive a tracking number by email when your order ships. We do not guarantee carrier delivery dates.

Subscriptions. Subscription orders ship on the same schedule as one-time orders, beginning on your billing date.

Problems with a delivery. If your order arrives damaged, is missing, or has not arrived within 10 business days of shipment, contact us at info@functionalformulas.health with your order number and we will make it right.
